Here is a sample of data that I produce weekly for the PL and EFL.
Data includes:
- Expected points (xPTS)
- Non-Penalty xG (expected goals)
- Shots on target
- Shots in the box
- Shots in the box on target
- Goals scored and conceded vs expected goals scored and conceded
- All of the above spilt by home and away
Fixtures for the week ahead covering:
- Form over the last 4,8 & 12 games
- Games that a side has failed to score, kept a clean sheet, fouls committed and corners won and conceded
- Touches in the opposition box
- Position home and away by actual v expected and by ratios (xG, shots, shots in the box, touches in the box etc).
Cards and Referees
- Average booking points for side and opposition
- Matches over 30+ & 40+ booking points
- Referee performance – Both sides being carded, both sides 2+ cards, over 30 and 40+ booking points
- Team stats on both sides carded, both 2+ cards plus 30+ & 40+ booking combined
